SERVING
If New Life is your church family, we’d love to invite you to be part of what God is doing by joining a serving team. It’s one of the best ways to build meaningful relationships, use your gifts, and make a real difference as we play our part in sharing the good news of Jesus in Croydon and beyond.
Whether you’ve got lots of time or just a little, there’s a place for you to get involved. Take a look at the opportunities below, see what sparks your interest, and get in touch—we’d love to help you find where you fit!
Choosing an area of service
We encourage you to prayerfully consider where God might be leading you to serve.
Some roles do require specific skills or experience, and others call for a certain level of spiritual maturity. If you’re interested in working with children or young people, there is a more formal application process, including a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, to help ensure a safe environment for everyone.
We understand that circumstances change, so we don’t expect a lifelong commitment to any one area of serving. What matters most is a willingness to be reliable and serve faithfully for the time you’re able.
If something catches your interest or you’d like to explore a role further, the team in that area would be delighted to chat with you and answer any questions.
