Welcome to Lifelines Online – our weekly guide to everything that’s happening at New Life in this lockdown season.
There is so much happening so please do check out our website and social media for information such as how to listen to our services over the phone, the RightNow media online resource library & more.
We’ve got our good friend Mark Ritchie sharing with us this Sunday at 10am in our evangelistic service on YouTube. We would encourage you to invite your friends and family, who perhaps aren’t believers, to tune in. Mark is known for passionately delivering the true message of Jesus with clarity, relevance and humour, so along with our worship team leading us in song, we believe that God will draw people to himself through this online service. Immediately after the service there will be an opportunity to catch up with our church family on Zoom, click here for the link.
Meeting ID: 832 7310 1635
On Wednesday David Lilley started the first in a two-part series on Mary Magdalene – part two will be available next week. Watch all of our Midweek Devotions on our website or in our facebook group, available form 6pm every Wednesday.
‘Hello New Life’ Greeting
If you haven’t already, please send us your ‘Hello New Life’ 10-15 second video greeting that we can include in our Sunday services and social media. Please record your video greeting in landscape and upload it below.
Kids Update from Louise
I challenged the children to draw a picture to illustrate Hebrews 12:1-2 and this amazing picture was drawn by Simi Ajetunmobi.”
Healing in the Church – 27 June
We will be looking at ‘How to receive strength for our mental & emotional well being during lockdown’. There will be time to share in small groups and pray for one another. If you know someone in ill-health from Covid 19 or other illnesses, please join us so we can pray for them. Alternatively send their name to email@example.com.
Alpha online starts on 7 July. This is a great opportunity to introduce people to the gospel, so pray about who you could invite. If you would like to get involved, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Details of how to sign up will be available next week.
Invite your friends from other faith backgrounds to join us at our Hope online on Zoom on Saturday 4th July at 8pm for songs, poetry reading, and an inspiring message of hope on ‘Where is God in a coronavirus world’?
How to invite people: Send them a personal message inviting them to come. Tell them you will be there too. Share the PDF invite.
Our Sunday services take place on YouTube and most of our other meetings and activities take place on Zoom. If you would like to join one of these meetings, please visit the ‘church online’ page of our website where you can find details of each leader to contact.

Media Team – Volunteers Needed
We’re looking to expand our Media Team with volunteers who can help us with video editing and production. You would need an eye for video, a reliable laptop, and to be able to use advanced video editing software. You don’t necessarily need experience, but you would need to be able to grasp the basics of making professional looking videos which would enhance New Life’s Sunday services and online presence.
If interested, please contact James Beatt.
